Inquiry + Sound

A practice of gentle listening and integration. This session opens with a short, prompt-led writing experience designed to bring presence and clarity, without pressure to analyze or resolve. From there, the experience moves into an immersive sound bath, where layered tones support the body in settling and allow insight to integrate beyond thought and into felt experience. All materials are provided.

Inner Child Sound Bath

An inward journey beneath the surface. This experience begins with a guided meditation to connect with your inner child, inviting awareness of emotion, memory, and unspoken truth. The sound bath that follows supports integration through vibration, helping release what has been held and restore balance across body and mind. The session may sometimes close with an optional integration circle, offering space for reflection, shared insight, and gentle connection within the group.

Future Self Sound Bath

A visualization-based journey into who you are becoming. Guided imagery invites connection with your future self, supporting alignment with clarity, confidence, and purpose. The sound bath deepens the experience, using vibration to integrate what emerges and anchor it into the present moment. The session may sometimes close with an optional integration circle, offering space to reflect, share, and connect with others in a grounded and supportive way.

Full Moon Sound Bath

A space for release and recalibration. Guided meditation and gentle breathwork lead you into reflection, creating room to let go of tension, old patterns, and emotional weight. The sound bath supports this unwinding through vibration, allowing the nervous system to soften and reset. The session may occasionally close with an optional integration circle, creating space to reflect, share, and connect in a grounded, supportive environment.

New Moon Manifestation Sound Bath

An experience centered on intention and renewal. Guided meditation and visualization help clarify what you are ready to call in, while the sound bath amplifies focus and coherence through frequency and vibration. The result is a grounded space for clarity, possibility, and quiet momentum. The session may occasionally close with an optional integration circle, creating space to reflect, share, and connect in a grounded, supportive environment.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a practice that brings your attention into the present moment. It helps calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and build awareness of thoughts, sensations, and emotions. Our sound bath meditation classes are fully guided, making the experience simple and supportive. Many sessions also include light breathwork to help settle the body and focus the mind.

How long does it take to feel a benefit?

Many people feel calmer after one session. With regular practice, benefits can include better sleep, improved focus, emotional balance, and a greater sense of clarity. Over time, meditation can support long-term nervous system health and help you respond to stress with more ease.

What can I do if my mind wanders and I can’t focus?

This is completely normal. Guided sound meditation is not about forcing concentration. It is about noticing when the mind drifts and gently returning to sound, breath, or sensation.

If possible, we recommend avoiding caffeine for a few hours before your session, as it can make it harder to settle into stillness. Arriving a few minutes early, taking a few slow breaths, and setting a simple intention can also help prepare your nervous system.

During the session, you may find it helpful to focus on relaxing your body, notice the feeling of the floor beneath you, the rhythm of your breath, or one layer of sound at a time. If thoughts arise, let them pass without judgment and return to listening. Over time, this practice becomes easier and more natural.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself and a water bottle. If you would like to further integrate and reflect on your experience, we also recommend bringing a journal and pen.

At Zenden, we have also created a dedicated space for integration we like to call “The Study”, located just behind the dark studio entryway. This quiet area is available after each session for reflection and grounding. You will also find our Zenden communal integration journal there – an open space to share about your experience, or to sit and read reflections from others if you feel called to.
