Breathwork + Sound Bath

A guided conscious connected breathwork experience designed to support clarity, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Practiced either in our dark infrared heated room or in our light studio on a red light infrared mat.

Each session opens with our signature Moment of Zen – a grounding, meditative sound experience that prepares the body and steadies the mind. The practice then closes with an immersive sound bath to support integration, grounding, and deep rest, allowing the effects of the breathwork to settle fully into the body.

No prior experience required. Guidance is provided throughout.

Full Moon Breathwork + Sound Bath – Signature Experience

A monthly breathwork and sound experience aligned with the energy of the full moon. We begin with guided journaling to set intention and bring awareness to what is present, followed by conscious connected breathwork to support release, clarity, and emotional regulation. The practice then flows into an immersive sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experience to integrate beyond the mind.

We close with a reflection circle, offering optional space for sharing, connection, and deeper integration. This gathering is an invitation to pause, reset, and reflect in community.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to calm the mind, release tension, and shift your emotional state. Through conscious control of the breath, you can access deeper layers of awareness, clarity, and self-connection.

What can I expect during a Breathwork session?

You’ll be guided through a specific breathing technique while lying down or seated in a comfortable position. Sessions often include music, verbal guidance, and time for integration afterward. Many people experience emotional release, clarity, or a sense of lightness and renewal.

How does Breathwork work?

Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping regulate stress and energy levels. It oxygenates the body, balances the nervous system, and clears emotional or energetic blockages stored within. Each breath becomes a bridge between the body and the mind.

How will I feel afterwards?

Most people leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply relaxed. You may experience an emotional shift or gentle fatigue as your system resets. Take time to rest, hydrate, and reflect to integrate the full effects of the practice.

How should I prepare?

Arrive hydrated and avoid a heavy meal at least 1 to 2 hours before class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.

Give yourself a few quiet minutes before the session begins so you can settle in without rushing. We guide you throughout the experience, so no prior breathwork practice is required.
