Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have. It can support the nervous system, increase oxygen flow, and help release stored tension in the body. But beyond the physical, breathwork has the ability to open deeper layers, helping you process emotions, access clarity, and move energy that may feel stuck or held.This class is an invitation to meet yourself fully.Through intentional breath patterns, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of awareness where you may experience emotional release, insight, or a sense of reconnection to your body and inner world. The experience is supported by sound healing, using instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs and chimes to help ground, regulate, and integrate what arises.No two experiences are the same.This is a space to feel, to explore, and to allow whatever is present to move through, without judgment.All levels are welcome. No prior experience with breathwork is needed.

Full Moon Breathwork + Sound Bath - Signature Experience
A monthly breathwork and sound experience aligned with the energy of the full moon. We begin with guided journaling to set intention and bring awareness to what is present, followed by conscious connected breathwork to support release, clarity, and emotional regulation. The practice then flows into an immersive sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experience to integrate beyond the mind.
We close with a reflection circle, offering optional space for sharing, connection, and deeper integration. This gathering is an invitation to pause, reset, and reflect in community.
