How do I know which membership is right for me?

Our team is happy to help you choose a plan based on your goals, schedule, and preferred modalities. You can contact us by email or speak with any member of our front-of-house team the next time you’re in.

We also recommend starting with our 2-Week Unlimited Intro Pass. It’s the best way to explore our offerings, understand how often you’ll use the space, and experience how deeply you resonate with the practices and community we’ve created.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

Yes — we recommend booking ahead through our app or website to secure your spot. Classes often fill quickly, especially in peak hours.

Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes — memberships can be paused for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 3 months in any billing cycle. Eligibility does not reset if you cancel and start a new membership, as your original start date remains connected to your first activation.

This policy does not apply to involuntary freezes, such as temporary studio closures. In the case of an injury, you may request an extended hold with a doctor’s note for the duration of your recovery.

Please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle to ensure your account is not charged during your freeze period. To place your account on hold, contact our team at admin@experiencezenden.com

What if I need to cancel a class I’ve booked?

We ask that all class cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing a credit or incurring a fee. For any of our Memberships, a $25 no-show fee or $20 late-cancel fee will apply if a class is missed or cancelled within the 12-hour window. This includes switching to a different class time inside that period.

Our goal is to keep spaces open and accessible for everyone — last-minute cancellations can prevent other guests from joining, especially for our most popular classes and waitlisted sessions.

Is my membership refundable?

Membership fees and class credits are non-refundable. Please review terms carefully before purchasing.

What is your phone policy?

To preserve the calm, immersive nature of our space, we encourage guests to keep phones on silent and stored away in their lockers while inside our studios. This allows everyone to fully disconnect, be present, and experience the session without distraction.

What are your cleaning and hygiene procedures?

Your wellbeing and comfort are a top priority at Zenden. Our team follows strict daily and between-class cleaning protocols to maintain a safe, fresh, and welcoming environment.

All studios, high-touch surfaces, equipment, and shared spaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day using professional-grade, eco-conscious products.
